Hampton Roads is more than where I work. It’s home.

I’m Sam Hill, a mortgage broker at Edge Home Finance, LLC. I grew up in Chesapeake and have called Virginia Beach home for 25 years. North Carolina is special to me too: I have family ties there and make frequent trips to the Outer Banks. With more than six years in the mortgage industry, I help buyers across Virginia and North Carolina understand their financing options and feel prepared for their next move.

I enjoy working with eligible VA buyers and homeowners planning their next purchase with a conventional mortgage. My approach starts with a conversation: what matters to you, what you want your payment to look like and how a home fits into your life. From there, we can compare lenders, review the costs and make a practical plan together.

Outside of mortgages, life with my wife, Elizabeth, keeps me grounded. You’ll find me playing guitar, heading to the beach, playing video games, tending the lawn or trying something new in the kitchen.
